At Con Brio Browbands, I want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why I believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Read about them below, and contact me with questions.
Satisfaction is the biggest priority at Con Brio Browbands. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product or there is a problem with a browband, please contact me and include pictures of any defect. A defective browband may be returned for a replacement of the same exact design. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer, but Con Brio Browbands will cover the shipping on the replacement browband being sent out.
Payment is due prior to beginning the custom design process. There are several payment options including Venmo and PayPal.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is a flat rate of $5 anywhere in the lower 48 states.
All custom orders with in stock materials will be shipped within 7-10 days (pending the amount of orders in line). Orders with materials out of stock may take up to 4 weeks, pending delivery of materials needed.
Disclaimer
Although steps are taken to ensure bands are sturdy and can withstand daily use, Con Brio Browbands is not responsible for loss of beads one (1) week post delivery. Faulty beads within the first week will be covered under our return policy. Outside of the one week period, browbands can be repaired for a small fee of $30 (shipping at customer's expense).
I am not responsible for, nor will I offer a refund or replacement for customers who provide an incorrect browband sizing or neck measurement for dog collars.
